When our kids were younger we often had long camping holidays in the French Alps, and that meant lots of alfresco cooking on my part. We would often drive away from the campground and find a peaceful spot to cook and eat our evening meal. And yes, I am wearing a coat-the Alps in the evening can be breezy and chilly, even in the summer!
For this layout I firstly added some texture to the patterned paper using gesso and acylic paint. I cut the hybrid word block into strips before adhering to the page.
The basket is stamped with the GoGo stamp and then cut out. I used the gingham fabric to make the yoyo flower-and the leftover corners to make the bunting in the top corner.
Here's how to make the flower: Trace and cut a circle. Sew a running stitch drawstring around the edge:
Pull the drawstring to gather the fabric together. Tie the thread off.
To make the centre I used a cardboard circle covered in paper, punch a hole in the centre and pushed the shank of the strawberry button through the hole. Then I stitched through the flower to attach the button. It's very cute, don't you think?

Love this LO Pam, just fab! Including the YoYo :)
